Description
Inkosi Auto Parts is dedicated to providing products that combine quality and variety with value pricing coupled with unmatched service excellence. We wish to establish a successful partnership with our franchisees, their employees and customers thus respecting the interests and goals of each party.
Constantly striving to supply what the individual franchisees’ consumer is asking for by reviewing what is available in the marketplace, and what is not. Improving on what is available and providing new products and services to areas of need will help ensure our success in a market that is driven by consumer demand and price.
Success will ultimately be measured by our customers choosing us, because of their belief in our ability to meet and exceed their expectations of price, service and selection.
Background/History of the Business
Inkosi Motor Holdings (Pty) Ltd has been successfully trading for the past 5 years. Inkosi Auto Parts is the Corporate Social Investment (CSI) project of Gaydon SA Motor Spares (GMS). This is GMS’ way of giving back to the community by empowering young, passionate entrepreneurs with all the necessary training and support to own and manage a business concept that has been perfected and is ever growing in popularity, with a current compliment of 22 stores nationwide.
Every store has a success story of it’s own to tell. The invaluable support of the parent company GMS, has made it possible for the franchise to flourish with the lowest possible capital investment by the franchisee and not a cent in royalty fees were charged since inception.
With the buying muscle of GMS it was possible to pass along massive savings to the franchisees and in-turn, the community at large benefits from our keen pricing structure coupled with excellent quality and service.
